О терапевте
Cindy is a bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Florida and Alabama. She is professionally trained in EMDR therapy, solution-focused therapy, Bowen’s theory, Gottman Method, CBT, and more. She is also currently a third-year Ph.D. candidate in Couples and Family Therapy. She believes that each person is comprised of unique yet charismatic components such as personal upbringings, religious beliefs, and cultural backgrounds, that all contribute to narrating a cohesive personal story. She will tailor her treatment orientations to better serve her clients' individuality. She also has a background in the medical field where she has obtained a strong foundational knowledge for medical diagnosis and medications. She understands the intricacy between medical burden and mental health. She endeavors to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where her clients will have the freedom to discuss anything in any category.
